2. Scope of Services North True Marketing provides digital marketing infrastructure, including but not limited to automation workflows, lead capture systems (The "Shield Tier"), and reputation management tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms (CARRIER MANDATED) By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., service updates, missed-call text-backs, and review requests) from North True Marketing.

  • Consent: Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Fees: Message and data rates may apply.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After texting STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your request.

  • Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Intellectual Property All "Snapshots," automation logic, workflow structures, and proprietary templates provided by North True Marketing remain the sole property of North True Marketing. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets only while maintaining an active paid subscription.

5. Limitation of Liability North True Marketing is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from technical downtimes, carrier message filtering, or the performance of lead generation campaigns. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 30 days preceding any claim.

6. Termination Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, your access to our proprietary snapshots and software platform will be revoked.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
